Just Inspirational Challenge 2

Morning all it's Thursday time for another Just Inspirational Challenge This week we have a recipe for you Pink, Cream and Brown with Ribbon, Buttons/gems and glitter.


Image used Sarah Kay Love Nature by Stampavie coloured with Distress Inks & Twinkling H2o's wich was a first for me. Cardstock used is Bazill & Kanban i think. I,ve used Nesties for the frame held together with a brad slightly offset so more of the image is on show the flowers are punched glitter card using a small retro flower punch the word Friends is a brad Sprayed with CC Iridescent spray & sparkle all items from my stash

It's a Crafters companion sketch 10

Morning all can't believe how fast the weeks are going were on to sketch 10 already over at It's a Crafters companion challenge blog This weeks sketch is by Rachel + there's a recipe to follow use the colours White, Red & Gold
some ribbon, gems and some Embossing it can be either.

why not pop over and have a go also see what the other DT members have come up with.
here's my card i've turned the sketch on it's side first i stamped & heat embossed the Crafters companion Christmas flower fairy stamp with gold embossing powder then coloured her using copics & Iridescent H2os for the wings then using the cuttlebug christmas tree embossing folder i embossed a piece of white & a piece of gold card and cut them out using the gold as a mat i attached a piece of Acetate to the back of the fairy at one end and the other to the back of the tree before attaching to the card so the fairy is floating in front of the tree.

Snow scene Cuttlebug folder

Hi just trying out another embossing folder i embossed a piece of blue card and went over the embossing with an iridescent oyster Twinkling H2os and a yellow sakura gelly roll pen to act as a light in the windows i also added some crystal glitter using a glue pen i then matted it onto some silver mirricard the greeting is a peel off added to blue card and matted onto silver mirricard

Xmas tree Cuttlebug folder

Hi no i'm not thinking of Christmas yet just trying one of my new cuttlebug folders bought all of the xmas ones at the weekend decided to try one out while watching tv a simple card to do using green card as the base card and a lighter shade of card to run through the cuttlebug i highlighted the tree using a gold Metalic rub on then matted it onto some gold mirri card the merry xmas is a peel off added to a piece of card with some gems added doesn't time fly when your having fun think i better go to bed now

Wendys Challenge 4

Hi it seems like ages since i made a card did this one for Wendy's challenge http://wendyscraftingtimes.blogspot.com/ first time ive rubber stamped in ages coloured the image with Twinkling H2os which made it a bit hard to get a descent photo without the face disappearing into oblivian also added some glitter glue for earings and some of the flowers on the dress the backing sheet is a one i made myself from a pattern i had made in inkscape for the robo the flowers are made from an ellison die joined together with a brad the scalloped circles are cut from a cuttlebug die and embellished with peel offs
